I'm a 20 year old male college student trying to find a healthier balance. It can get pretty stressful at times with balancing school, two jobs, and a social life... but my goal is to become healthier and eventually get the fit body I have been wanting. This is the start of my journey... Feel free to stop by and give advice on dieting, exercise tips/workouts, recipes... etc.
