Alright, so I have been debating whether if I should start a fitness blog a while back because it seemed like a great way to keep track of my progress and my overall goal. I am not a person who is obsessed with their body, nor do I have low body self-esteem or anything. I am doing this all for myself.
I am 5’7 and I currently weigh 128 lbs. I haven’t been more than 130 lbs. in my entire life; I’ve been pretty slim my whole life. In high school I did cross country/track and I kept fit until a knee injury that sent me down a different road. Three years later, I am now able to run again. Although it is not to the same degree of distance and speed, I do it recreationally and as part of my cardio. I recently joined the Men’s Crew Team (Rowing) without knowing what I was getting myself into. It was a spur of the moment decision that I thought would keep me active and in shape. My biggest goal is to build stronger and visible abs as well as biceps.
